A girl I’ll call Dayang*, from the Philippines, is only 15 years old ...

But she already knows just how dangerous being a Christian can be, says Open Doors.

“Her classmates called her a traitor, they threw stones at her, and she has only one friend — because she follows Jesus.”

“They say I shouldn’t be a Christian,” Dayang says. “Because of my tribe. They say I should be Muslim.”

But Dayang and her mother are committed to their faith in Christ.
