Provide Compassionate Aid to the Hurting

Young survivors of radical Islamic attacks targeting Christian communities in the Democratic Republic of Congo have chilling words after their traumatic experiences.

Gatestone Institute shares them:

“They want everyone to learn Islam, and ... there are those who refuse, and they get killed.”

One boy recalls: “The night I was abducted, they killed my mother and kidnapped my older sister and me. The slightest mistakes are severely punished. For women, they kill their children and throw them into a hole. They would send me to kill people on my own, and when I refused, I was whipped.”

An 11-year-old girl says: “I was raped by four men successively. I couldn’t handle the pain of four men abusing me successively. I was wounded terribly, my body was deformed.”

My heart is broken knowing this is happening to Christians ... and my heart is with these brothers and sisters in their plight.
