Help Christians Terrorized by Violence

You’ll appreciate this headline:
“Nigerian Government Convicts Nearly 400 on Terrorism Charges”
As International Christian Concern reports ...
“A federal high court in Abuja, Nigeria, has convicted 386 individuals on terrorism charges in one of the largest mass convictions in recent times. Those convicted were linked to Islamic State West Africa Province (ISWAP) or to Boko Haram, a deadly terrorist group founded in northern Nigeria. ...
“Reports indicate that those convicted received sentences ranging from five years to life in prison.”
While these convictions don’t stop persecution from happening within Nigeria, I thank God today for this momentum ... and I pray it continues.
As you and I support our brothers and sisters overseas ...
As we meet and minister to their needs as Christ calls us to do — please keep them in your prayers.
Pray that this is just the beginning of more government accountability, more justice served, and more peace and protection for God’s people.
Thank you!
In His service,
Mat Staver
