Be Christ's Outstretched Hands to Persecuted Brothers and Sisters
Paulos — a believer in Eritrea, a small country in East Africa — wonders what his fate will be because of his Christian faith.
“We live in fear of who will be arrested next,” Paulos says. “Will it be another brother in Christ? Will it be me? But we must continue to walk with God.”
Eritrean brothers and sisters in Christ share these same feelings. They live in a hostile, dangerous, antagonistic place — Eritrea ranks No. 6 on the 2025 Open Doors World Watch List of the 50 countries where Christians face the most extreme persecution.
Thank the Lord — they have you. They know your compassion. They’re encouraged by your prayers and support.
You can make a tangible difference today through our on-the-ground partners ministering in and around Eritrea, many other parts of Africa, and elsewhere.
As you stand with Liberty Relief International by giving generously and praying fervently for people like Paulos, brothers and sisters will be fed, housed, clothed, comforted, and more.
I am deeply grateful to be able to count on you as a partner — a co-laborer — in this critical mission work. Thank you for taking the opportunity to be Christ’s hands to the needy.
“Father of the fatherless and protector of widows is God in his holy habitation” (Psalm 68:5).
In His service,
Mat Staver
