Despite Persecution, Christianity Is Growing!

Mar 4, 2025

Strengthen the church worldwide!

Persecution is intense in Africa and Asia — you know this fact well …

But Christianity is also “exploding” on those continents, according to Lifeway Research!

“Persecution is often severe in many areas in the Global South,” it reports, “but Christianity is growing in every region. Currently, 2 in 3 Christians live in the Global South. The faith is even increasing in the Middle East. … Almost as many Christians live in Africa as in Europe, Russia, and North America combined (823 million). Asia has 416 million Christians, a number that is growing 1.6% each year. By 2050, Africa will be home to more than 1.2 billion Christians, and almost 600 million will live in Asia.”

Behind these staggering numbers are the lives of people who know or need to know about Jesus as Savior, Redeemer, and Friend.

And it’s YOUR support that encourages brothers and sisters to stand strong in their faith in hostile places and dangerous times.

It’s clear: LRI’s Christ-centered partners are desperately needed by Christians and others who simply want to live and work in peace in in Africa, Asia, Middle East, and elsewhere. Our partners are dedicated to strengthening the church around the world …

But we cannot do it without your help!

Your generous tax-deductible donation today — of 50, 100, or 500 dollars — will help provide immediate humanitarian aid like emergency food, water, shelter, and safety to people suffering under Islamist regimes.

Every donation — large or small — from a caring friend like you translates into:

  7. And more!

Christians in other nations are some of the most vulnerable members of their societies. Please reach out to them today with the hands of our compassionate Savior.

Thank you, and may God bless you!

In His service,
