“Rescue the Poor and Helpless”

Psalm 82:3-4 is my prayer today:

“Give justice to the poor and the orphan;  
uphold the rights of the oppressed and the destitute.

Rescue the poor and helpless;  
deliver them from the grasp of evil people."

Persecuted brothers and sisters in dangerous countries around the world need freedom from oppression, deliverance from the evil ways of men, and justice for what they’ve endured for their faith in Christ.

And whether it’s ministering to victims of war … providing food, water, and aid to survivors of disasters … or comforting persecuted Christians in dangerous and hostile countries …
