“For I was hungry and you gave me something to eat, I was thirsty and you gave me something to drink, I was a stranger and you invited me in, I needed clothes and you clothed me, I was sick and you looked after me, I was in prison and you came to visit me.”
— Matthew 25:35-36
Ease Suffering, Offer Hope

One church ... just one.
There is only one evangelical church left in the North African nation of Algeria, according to a recent report released by the U.S. Commission on International Religious Freedom, Mission Network News says.
While the Algerian government claims laws give freedom to citizens, the opposite is true. Pastors and leaders have been hauled into court time and again “facing charges for faith-based activities,” reports MNN.
One representative of a ministry working in this mostly Muslim country says: “There are probably 15 to 20 pastors now that have been tried, and all of them have appealed. They are expecting their case to be handled by the Supreme Court. Sometimes they have to wait for 10 years. It’s a vicious cycle because they [the Algerian government] would say that we allow the people to make the appeal or to make requests for having authorization to have a building or to have an organization. But actually, most of the governments in Muslim nations don’t really grant anything.”
As persecution at all levels of society grows in Algeria — and in MANY nations controlled by Islamists — I invite you to stand with Liberty Relief International today.
You’ll send humanitarian aid, help frontline workers offer comfort and trauma counseling to the hurting, give hope in Jesus’ name, provide Bibles and discipleship materials to waiting believers ... and much more.
Please take a step toward persecuted Christians and their growing needs today — through your generous donation to Liberty Relief International.
You’ll shine a light of hope and help to ease their suffering in Jesus’ name. Thank you!
In His service,
Mat Staver
