They are ‘taking revenge’ on them because of the protection they feel was given to them by the previous government. Converts from Islam to Christianity are among those targeted.”

Christians under threat from local radicals have gone into hiding. These openly professing converts are in grave danger due to the lack of police protection.

Bangladesh, situated between India and Myanmar, is a nation known for Islamic oppression of religious minority groups.
