First-person accounts of what Hamas has done and continues to do are beyond shocking and completely inhumane.

I have seen many videos, photos, and documents of the unimaginable terror. Children strangled with the undergarments of their mothers, a grandmother’s slaughter videoed on her cell phone and uploaded to social media (where the grandchildren unexpectedly pulled up the image).

I saw a mortician with many years of doing autopsies break down and cry as he was explaining that the person on the screen was burned alive.

This evil is gut-wrenching. And I have seen videos from the Palestinian Authority that indoctrinate elementary-age children to kill Jews and destroy “infidels.” No wonder a GoPro camera retrieved from a Hamas terrorist contained pictures of a group of children in the range of second to ninth grade all armed with rifles commissioned to kill Jews.

Stories of the terrorist-led torture of men, women, children, the elderly, and the disabled continue to surface. I will never forget these images. Never!

It is only fitting to beg the Lord for His mercy, His protection, and a swift end to this horrific war …

And it is also right — and Christ-like! — to reach out compassionately to minister to the Jewish people in their desperation.
