• The secondary school’s head teacher says, “The majority of them were killed inside the student residence that was bombed while the others were found dead at the classes doing preps."

• ICC’s report continues: “Local sources have also confirmed that three members of the community were also killed as the rebels went back, looting homes and killing people.”

Evil abounds in communities in Uganda, Democratic Republic of Congo, Nigeria, across Africa, and elsewhere. Radical Islamists seem to be in a constant bloodthirsty state — planning and targeting Christians and others ...

Some of their targets are the most vulnerable: children.
