Middle East Imam Leaves Islam

Stand with the Persecuted

“I tell you that … there will be more rejoicing in heaven over one sinner who repents than over ninety-nine righteous persons who do not need to repent” (Luke 15:7).

I believe heaven is rejoicing over the news that Talib—a former Muslim leader living in the Middle East—has found Jesus … and we join in!

“Jesus convinced me and I cannot disobey. When I was looking on the Internet for content for my preaching at the mosque, I came across a Christian site that outlined the life of Jesus. I was so distracted that I stopped preparing my speech. Both my wife and I gave our lives to Christ.”

Praise God!

In fact, Muslims in many nations are coming to Christ and leaving Islam behind …

And while this is tremendous news and I am grateful for it, persecution is sure to follow.

Thankfully, these precious new believers have friends like you.

I urge you to give generously today to provide much-needed humanitarian aid and spiritual support to those who are or will be targeted for their faith in Christ.

Your online donation to Liberty Relief International will help local partners meet needs through trauma counseling, Bibles, discipleship materials and more … and your gift will even provide food and water to those struggling to make ends meet if they have been driven from their own homes or communities.

Please reach out in Christ’s name today.

It is highly dangerous to be a Christian in the Middle East. Strict Islamic regimes in several nations control every aspect of religious life and heavily monitor any signs of Christian activity.

Our brothers and sisters there live under constant threat and oppression because of their faith, and often from their own families, employers and neighbors.

Please turn your compassion into action today to strengthen them during these trials. And continue praying more people like Talib will surrender their hearts to Jesus!
