Religious freedom is not an inalienable right for millions around the globe like it is for you and me.

While America was birthed out of foundational principles that originate in God’s plan for mankind, governments in many nations (and on many levels) allow religious persecution to continue unabated …

Especially in the Middle East and Northern Africa:

• Proclaiming your faith in the God of the Bible or attending a local church service invites an attack by Boko Haram or another Islamist group in Nigeria.

• Becoming a Christian in Afghanistan or Pakistan—and being “found out”—can bring abuse and abandonment from your own family or violence from the Taliban.

• Displaying love for Jesus in Mali, Somalia or Yemen can trigger harassment, assault or murder by al-Qaeda.
