This Eyewitness Account Is Chilling

Give persecuted Christians hope today!

What if it happened in your town?

To your neighbors? To your family?

"It was at night. We were sleeping. We heard gunshots and then the soldiers came, so we fled. But in the morning, we found four bodies."

A firsthand account from someone whose village was attacked by Boko Haram in northern Cameroon...

"One of the victims was decapitated. The attackers left with the head ... For two of the victims, their finger[tips] were severed."

Initial reports indicate most of the victims were Christian. This same area of Cameroon has come under repeated attack in the last five years — with civilians traumatized, properties and churches destroyed and houses looted or set on fire.

It's appalling what Boko Haram and other radical terrorist groups do to religious minorities. But for Christians, it is their harsh and violent reality.

And yet … there is hope.

Hope because your prayers ease the burdens of brothers and sisters in hostile areas around the globe.

Hope because caring friends like you give generously to provide for their immediate and ongoing needs.

Hope because persecuted believers hold onto the truth that God will never leave or forsake them.

Will you provide hope today to those facing violence, threats, imprisonment, ostracization and far worse because of their faith?

Your compassionate donation to Liberty Relief International will help our Christ-centered partners on the ground supply emergency aid, medical care, trauma counseling, literacy and job training, physical and spiritual support and much more to people in desperate need of hope and healing.

I cannot thank you enough for the blessing that you are to hurting Christians in countries like Cameroon, Iran, Sri Lanka, Nigeria, Pakistan and beyond.

For their sake, please speak up for them — please stand with them — with a gift today.

May God bless you for reaching out with His love and care.

Yours in Christ,

Mat
