Please join us in praying against this next tropical storm threat looming over the already crippled Bahama islands.

The National Hurricane Center stated as of 2pm EST, “Tropical Storm Humberto is highly likely to form in the next 24 hours as it descends upon the Bahamas on Friday before moving north to Florida.”

We are praying for this storm to dissipate and lose power.

As you know, LRI is working with teams on the ground in the islands to provide desperately needed humanitarian aid like food, water, tarps and blankets, as well as generators and chainsaws where most needed.

Any gift you can share to help with this massive relief effort will be greatly appreciated.

Our partners on the ground are targeting the hardest hit, most remote areas that sometimes receive the least amount of help from government aid or large charity organizations.

• Please pray for the Bahamian people who are suffering in the midst of all this.
