They Need Food, Water and Shelter

Jul 25, 2019

We’ve received reports about recent attacks on a predominantly Christian village in Northern Cameroon by the jihadist group Boko Haram. At least 1100 families have fled with just the clothes on their backs as the terrorists burned down most of the homes in the village, killed or stole the livestock and intentionally destroyed food stores. Since this was a farming community, those food stores were intended to last the families until the next harvest in October, so even the few families that stayed behind are at risk.

We are connecting with Christ-centered partners on the ground in the region to find out more information and offer immediate assistance.

Please pray for these families and take action with Liberty Relief International today to help provide for humanitarian needs like emergency food, water, shelter and safety.

When you partner with LRI, your generosity helps Christians and others who constantly face violence, torture, false imprisonment, kidnapping, rape or even death because of their faith.

With your help, our partners can also offer trauma counseling, literacy training and job training for people starting over; restoration assistance to rebuild churches and homes that have been destroyed; and provide Bibles, Bible study materials and discipleship training for new believers.

Your generous, tax-deductible gift today of 50, 100, 500 dollars or more will enable us to send urgently needed aid to our Christ-centered partners in the field who are working with believers and others experiencing intense persecution.

Thank you in advance for caring about the critical and urgent needs of believers suffering under oppression, brutality and evil.

God bless you,

Mathew D. Staver
